DELIVERY, EXCHANGE AND RETURN
Delivery
We process orders Monday through Friday and ship every Saturday.
Once the order has been validated, you can follow its progress on your account or by email, a link allowing you to follow the delivery of your package online or the number of your colissimo will be sent to you.
We offer Colissimo delivery for all your orders greater than or equal to 100€.
Once deposited in the services of the Post office, we are in no way responsible for the theft or the loss of the parcel. In this case, please contact the carrier with your tracking number to open an investigation into the delivery of your package or for any complaint.
In the event of damage or loss of your package by the carrier, reimbursement is not possible, a credit note or a return of your package will then be offered to you.

In accordance with article L221-5 of the consumer code, the withdrawal period is 14 days from receipt of the package by the customer. Beyond this period returns will not be accepted.
The package must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the package, as evidenced by the postmark. All packages whose delivery date shows a date greater than 14 days will be refused.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, ie we do not send a prepaid voucher.
Returned ready-to-wear items must not neither having been worn nor washed, they must be returned intact, labeled in their original packaging; returned jewelry items must be in their original packaging box or pouch.
Upon receipt of your package, all items will be carefully checked.
In the event of damaged articles not respecting the reasons for the return, we will not be able to accept the return, this one will be returned to you in the state.
We will refund the amount of the products excluding postage within 07 days of receipt of your package.
You will receive confirmation of the refund by e-mail once the refund has been made.
The refund will be made using the same method of payment used when validating your order.
You have a maximum of 3 days after receipt of your order to inform us of a defect on a product received.
In this case, we invite you to inform us of the defect by contacting us here: obelinebijoux@gmail.com with a photo of the defect in addition to your message.
We will send you a new part if it is still in stock.
Otherwise, we will offer you a credit note or a refund of the amount or part of the amount of the item.
Attention , no complaint will be taken into account if you exceed the period of 3 days after receipt of your order to notify us of a possible defect.
Similarly, no claim will be accepted if the piece has been worn and/or no longer has its label.

Exchange
You have the option of requesting the exchange of one or more parts when requesting a return.
All you have to do during your return request is to notify it by contacting the after-sales service by email obelinebijoux@gmail.com to give the reasons for your return, specifying which piece you wish to receive and in which size.
An exchange does not in any way imply the reservation of an item. If at the time of receipt of the return package, the item requested in exchange is no longer available, we will contact you and then proceed with the refund.
OBÉLINE undertakes to cover the shipping costs of the exchanged parts and sends them with the same carrier while sending you an email with a new tracking number.
